TAMPA, Fla. (AP) -- A second Florida man has been arrested on charges of making false 911 calls in as many days. An arrest report says 47-year-old Carlos Gutierrez was at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino early Monday and called 911 to say the slot machine stole his money. The report says Gutierrez left the casino to place a second 911 call to say the same thing.
He was arrested and charged with making a false 911 call. He's being held with no bail set.
On Sunday another man was arrested after calling 911 five times during an argument with his brother. He demanded that dispatchers send deputies to help sort things out.
And in northern Florida last week, a Jacksonville man called 911 to complain that a Subway left the sauce off a spicy Italian sandwich.

I took one call where a woman called about a disabled car on the side of the road. She said that the driver appeared to be "slow." I asked her how did she know this, did she stop and talk to the driver? ...No..... OK can you tell me what kind of car they were in? "No, I couldn't tell I just drove by it" aahhh OK thanks for calling

I had a lady call me at the DPH hospital police when I worked in Boston to make a report that one of our patients where at her house on a drug party went into her bed room and stole all her Marijuana, 1 pound to be exact. She demanded that I investigate this and charge the criminal/s who did it and return her stuff. I had fun with her and asked her if there were any other drugs in her bedroom, her reply was yes. I told her to call Boston Police drug unite and show them where the other drugs are and maybe they could get a finger print off the packages of the other drugs. The lady was ecstatic and said that was a great idea. Needless to say never knew what happened after that... My favorite personal dumb criminal story

ENGLEWOOD, N.J. (AP) -- Englewood police say a man called 911 and reported a robbery after a gas station wouldn't give him his money back for an unopened box of condoms.
Police charged Kadien Jackson with making a false report. Police say they take such things seriously because of the danger it poses to officers.
Officers responded quickly to the call on Sunday and found a gas station employee who fit the description of the robber given by the caller.
Police say Jackson told them he made the bogus report to help him get his money back.
The 21-year-old is from Blauvelt, N.Y.
