Statewide Fire Mobilization for Public Safety Communications Dispatchers
Train-the-Trainer Curriculum

This 3-hour, fire based, train-the-trainer program is designed for civilian dispatchers, fire alarm operators, and fire control point or district mutual-aid center staff. This course is to familiarize dispatchers with all of the fire, EMS and emergency management resources that are available locally, regionally and statewide to communities, but most importantly for dispatchers to understand how to get them, what comes with them, and what to expect. This course will be offered on four separate dates statewide.

With the overwhelming amounts of equipment, each with its own unique and confusing acronyms, that is available to assist communities in their time of need, we have developed this three-hour program specifically for dispatch and communications personnel, offered at NO COST!

Registration sign-in will be from 0800 to 0900. 3 hours OEMS credit approved .
