Dispatch interview?

Can any dispatcher please PM me. I would like to find out how a dispatch interview is conducted? For example, what questions do they most focus on? This is my first dispatch interview so I'm not experienced in such yet (but I am aware of the duties). Please inform me of anything that can help me out. Thanks
