BRIDGEWATER, Mass. -- Police say customers from Bridgewater Credit Union and Bridgewater Savings Bank were the target of a scam.
The suspects called the customers asking them for account information.
Only a small number of people gave out their information, because when the crooks called the Savings Bank customers, they used the wrong bank name.
Police are warning the public to be extra cautious before giving out personal information.
