Court: Police discrimination lawsuit can go forward

The highest court in Massachusetts has ruled that a lawsuit by minority police officers can move forward on the claim that a promotional exam discriminates against black and Hispanic officers.

I'd be embarrassed to a party to this lawsuit.....basically admitting you need bonus points to compete in a competitive system.

That's part of the problem, people have no shame. I don't even have to tell you about how a certain segment of police officers suddenly have "accidents" several months before a promotional exam and, surprise, surprise, score high because they were out on "injured" leave for 4 months. Frankly, this whole case is embarrassing.

How about newly discovered "native American" applicants? They refused to translate into smoke signals for me.
