Leominster District Court
Arraignments:
Kenneth Flaherty, 48, of 37 Piling St., Haverhill, charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and uninsured motor vehicle, released on personal recognizance bail with a Dec. 15 court date.
Paul Pacheco, 49, of 174 Rowley Hill Road, Sterling, charged with operating under the influence of alcohol, third offense, open container of alcohol, marked lane violation, negligent operation and speeding, released on personal recognizance bail with a Dec. 18 court date.
Richard Burt, 49, of 38 Legate Hill Road, Leominster, charged with miscellaneous ordinance violation, released on personal recognizance bail with a Dec. 1 court date.
Dispositions:
James Kalinowski, 30, of 13 Grove St., Baldwinville, charged with four counts of larceny less than $250. The cases were continued without a finding for one year. He was ordered to pay $1,398 in restitution.
Sam Nguyen, 18, of 72 Terrace Drive, Leominster, charged with armed robbery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. The charge was dismissed.
