Leominster District Court

Arraignments:

Keith Thompson, 38, of 50 Paddock Road, Rutland, charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation, released on personal recognizance bail with a Nov. 3 court date.

Anthony Comeau, 23, of 15 Greenwood Drive, Leominster, charged with violating an abuse prevention order, released on personal recognizance bail with a Oct. 30 court date.

Katelyn Bancroft, 19, of 2 Isaacs Lane, Ayer, charged with credit card fraud more than $250 and credit card fraud under $250, released on personal recognizance bail with a Nov. 3 court date.

Dispositions:

Daniel Cronin, 49, of 146 Lincoln St., Worcester, charged with unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and license not in possession. Found responsible and ordered to pay $100.

Gary Doucette, 36, of 37 Cotton St., Leominster, charged with breaking and entering for nighttime felony and destruction of property under $250. Both charges dismissed without prejudice.

Brian Roy, 39, of 97 Priest St., Leominster, charged with assault and battery. Charge dismissed.

Yvette Rodriguez, 49, of 20 Cheryl Drive, Leominster, charged with possession of a class B substance. Admitted to sufficient facts and the case was continued without a finding for one year. Ordered to undergo random drug testing.

Cheryl Rodenizer, 119 Pleasant St., Leominster, charged with assault and battery on a police officer and disorderly conduct. Ordered to serve 10 days in the Worcester County House of Corrections. The disorderly conduct charge dismissed.

Nicholas Aho, 23, of 40 Crawford St., Leominster, charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Entered guilty plea and was ordered to serve 30 days in Worcester County House of Corrections.

Fitchburg District Court

Arraignments:

Jason T. Mustakengas, 23, of 51 Peabody St., Gardner, charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, possession of a Class D drug, furnishing a false name to police, free on $200 cash bail with a Nov. 4 court date.

Steven J. Vumbaco Jr., 25, of 20 Myrtle Ave., Fitchburg, charged with uttering a false check, released on personal recognizance bail with an Oct. 16 court date.

Tyler J. Palmer, 18, of 42 Pleasant View Ave., Lunenburg, charged with possession of a Class D drug, released on personal recognizance bail with a Nov. 4 court date.

Gregory W. Schneider, 17, of 721 Goodrich St., Fitchburg, charged with possession of a Class D drug, released on personal recognizance bail with a Nov. 4 court date.

Shanice A. Stinson, 23, of 67 Charles St., Fitchburg, charged with vandalizing property, released on personal recognizance bail with a Nov. 4 court date.

Dispositions:

Donavon Foster, 20, of 251 Daniels St., Fitchburg, charged with assault and battery, wanton destruction of property more than $250, dismissed.

Thomas P. Mallett, 36, of 773 Wanning Road, Freedom, Maine, charged with kidnapping, dismissed.

Alberto Ortiz, 40, of 7 Green Street, Fitchburg, charged with larceny more than $250, dismissed.
Keith O. Rahaim, 44, of 21 Davis Road, Westminster, charged with kidnapping, indecent assault and battery on a person older than 14, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, dismissed.
