Dispositions:

Jose M. Carrillo, 36, of 98 Hamilton St., #1, Leominster, pleaded guilty to charges of failing to stop for police, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and failure to stop/yield, sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for time served.

Richard S. Anderson, 45, of 96 Orchard Hill Drive, Oxford, charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, which was dismissed; and failure to wear a seat belt and speeding in violation of a special regulation, for which he was found not responsible.

Evan Charette, 21, of 101 Second St., #2, Leominster, charged with operating under the influence of liquor, admitted to sufficient facts on the charge, which was continued without a finding for one year.

Jesus Suarez, 33, of 4 Winslow Place, Lawrence, charged with trafficking in cocaine, which was dismissed; conspiracy to violate drug law, which was dismissed; and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, pleaded guilty, received a one-year jail sentence, which is suspended for one year.

Frederico Santiago, 30, of 69 Crescent St., second floor, Lawrence, charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, pleaded guilty, received a one-year jail sentence, which is suspended for one year; also charged with conspiracy to violate drug law and trafficking in cocaine, which were dismissed.

Jonathan A. Askey, 30, of 26 Arlington St., third floor, Leominster, charged with violating an abuse prevention order, which was dismissed.

Jasper Z. Chirco, 20, of 7 Meadow Pond Drive, #24B, Leominster, charged with possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute, admitted to sufficient facts and placed on six months' probation, charged with possession of a Class D drug, which was merged with the other count and dismissed.
