COHASSET -

Police say they arrested a major supplier of marijuana and other drugs on the South Shore.
Brien J. Buckley, 21, of 37 Cushing Road was selling drugs out of his house, police said. Cohasset police raided his home Sunday and found about 2 pounds of marijuana, crack cocaine, psilocybin mushrooms and $7,266 cash.
"This operation resulted in the arrest of a significant source of supply of marijuana to Cohasset youths and youths from surrounding towns," Lt. Gregory Lennon said.
Acting on a tip, police watched Buckley's home Saturday afternoon and said they saw James Wood, 18, of Marshfield, meet with Buckley. Wood then met with Robert Noble, 17, of Marshfield, and a 15-year-old, on Bancroft Way, police said.
That's where police stopped them and reportedly found about an ounce of marijuana under the front seat of the car, another ounce that the 15-year-old was carrying and a Xanax pill that Noble had. The three were arrested and are to be arraigned in Quincy District Court today.
About 10 minutes after making those arrests, police saw Buckley leave his home and drive to Norfolk Road and then onto Bancroft Road, where they stopped him. Police said Buckley had about a half ounce of marijuana in the car.
Buckley was also scheduled to be arraigned today.
