I read the tread about international drivers licenses and got a lot of info. I must admit, I am one of those guys who tells them to slow down and get a mass. license because I am never sure what to do. recently I have noticed more and more consul plates. I have asked about them within my department and not gotten an answer. are you allowed to stop them or do they wear the survivor immunity necklace. Who are they and what are we allowed to do with them. :s

Just let them go. They most likey will have dipolamtic immunity and you can do nothing about it.

The embassy they are from gets the bill...but usually never pays.
