I didn't even try to open a link to see if they were full text, I just found the search engines and thought they might be helpful.

The new assessment schedule was just distributed to departments as of November 7th, 2004 . It lists all the CMR's under 540 and 720. Generally they are all still a $20 GIG, but it does not look like the court has updated their website yet. It still lists the memo sent out with the changes that occurred in March. Fuzz357's link will link you to the March memo and the list your looking for though.

I actually went to a law library and downloaded both full sets, if anyone is interested in them, let me know. I'll email them to you..
