My Dept. is reviewing our CAD/RMS/ADMIN software suite for possible trashing and replacement. I am curious as to what your departments are using, what their capabilities are (CAD, records managements, time tracking, details, forms, etc) and what you think of the system.

My personal opinion, IMC is the way to go, Pamet a close second and I would not even consider using QED at all.

I have to say I do like IMC, but I can't allow my personal opinion to sway me... :wink:

I haven't seen PAMET since it was a VAX system, still pretty good though?

Pamet I think is still DOS based, last time I used it was a few years ago but it was stable and professional looking (reports, stats etc...) IMC is what we were looking into but budget issues squashed that before it even got off the ground.

Does anyone use SPILLMAN down there???? We have a statewide CAD/LAW/Fire/EMS system which is mobile ready if the department wishes. I have not tried others, but this company works good.
