Brockton
SATURDAY

Fatima F. Varela, 26, of 439 Pine Grove Drive, Brockton, was arrested at 12:33 p.m. on a warrant.

Maria Alves Barbosa, 21, of 22 Leavitt St., Brockton, was arrested at 6:04 p.m. and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Roger Hypolite, 45, of 1283 Pleasant St., Brockton, was arrested at 9:34 p.m. on charges of assault and battery.

SUNDAY

Gabriel Miller, 30, of 81 Frankton Ave., Brockton, was arrested at 1:32 a.m. on charges of assault and battery.

Maria Alves Barbosa, 21, of 22 Leavitt St., Brockton, was arrested at 2:04 a.m. on charges of trespassing, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.

Rodney Hollis, 42, of 143 Bellevue Ave., Brockton, was arrested at 9:25 a.m. on charges of breaking and entering into building for felony; Valerie McGaughey, 21, was arrested on a foreign warrant.

Ryan Flannery, 22, of 46 Blaine St., Brockton, was arrested at 1:29 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with license revoked at HTO, uninsured motor vehicle, and unregistered motor vehicle.

Adelina S. Garcia, 25, of 94 Prospect St., Stoughton, was arrested at 4:11 p.m. on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

MONDAY

Carlos A. Oliveira, 30, of 74 Hillcrest St., Apt. 1, Waltham, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on a local warrant.

Chau Huyna, 71, of 258 West Elm St., Brockton, was arrested at 2:47 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace.

TUESDAY

Police responded to a report of domestic violence at 1:40 a.m. in the area of Stockholm Avenue and arrested Scott DeCoste, 38, on charges of assault and battery, malicious damage to a motor vehicle and two counts of threatening to commit a crime.

David Ortiz, 25, of 165 Carl Ave., Brockton, was arrested at 2:43 a.m. in the area of North Ash Street and charged with interfering with a police officer in performance of duty, disturbing the peace, intimidating a witness and resisting arrest.

Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at 2:47 a.m. and arrested Donta Hood, 18, of 53 Dover St., Brockton, on charges of possession to distribute a Class B drug, possession to distribute a Class D drug, a drug violation near a school/park, malicious destruction of property, resisting arrest and a local warrant.

Police responded to a report of a man with a gun at 10:08 a.m. in the area of Oak Street and made two arrests. Jose Cepeda-Irizarry, 25, of 34 Pine Grove Drive, Brockton, was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, reckless endangerment to children under 18, armed robbery, disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct. Leyda Maried Lopez, 20, of 34 Pine Grove Drive, Brockton, was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, armed robbery, reckless endangerment to children under 18, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice.

Officers investigated a report of domestic violence at 1:27 p.m. in the area of Turner Street and arrested James Terrel Clark-Powell, 19, of 13 Owens Ave., Apt. R, Brockton, on charges of assault and battery.

Jeffrey Allen Salazar, 27, of 315 Plain St., Brockton, was arrested at 8:26 p.m. and charged with possession of a Class B drug, possession of a Class D drug and a motor vehicle by-law violation.

Police responded to a report of domestic violence at 10:11 p.m. in the area of Warren Avenue and arrested Jason D. Williams, 21, of 70 Pearl St., Apt. 511, Brookline, on charges of assault and battery.
