Is it true that Bridgewater State Campus Police hired the Plymouth County Sheriff Dept paddy wagon and their Command Center for their Homecoming weekend??

Please enlighten me, we need a good laugh here. I graduated Bwater recently and let me tell you Homecoming weekend is as lame as any other weekend. This would be a classic.... please respond I have to know.

I go to Bridgewater right now, and you're right, homecoming is wicked lame. I don't know of anyone who attends any of the events.

i think everyone over reacted this weekend admin. hired 3outside details along with having all P.O. work the football game with 5 outside details then three extras on the over night nothing happened !!!!! it would be interesting if BW did take the wagon hope someone answers !!!! But i guess it is also better safe than sorry

Nothing for nothing but there was more to the hiring of extras then just homecomming... remember there was the sox games on these nights to.

was it ova' kill probably but if it wasn't there when you needed it then they would have been in deep crap...

lastly you're all starting to sound more and more like adminstrators... playing monday morning quarterbacks.... but hey thats my opinion.

The admin should have thought of keeping a few cops instead of wanting "new Blood in the dept." and letting the ones who work their asses off go. Could have saved from hiring the outside details and kept some jobs. But I guess they don't look at it that way. It's not what you do or how well you do it. I guess that doesn't matter to them. But I guess that's good old politics for ya.

You must have some inside details cause last i heard they did not let anyone go?? As i understand it they hired two new cops.

If you disagree or know of any specifics feel free to enlighten they unfortunate few of us that are on the ouside of that "inner circle" of info.
