if you dont have "college policing" expierence they wont hire you....

take it from me. My time was waisted going thru the hiring process. 2 spots, and 2 final candidates. myself and another individual that is a member of this board.

after all was said and done, they decided to pass me over due to my lack of "college policing" expierence.
