Officer has been hired for a few months now. He used to work in Stow as a part timer.

Yeah, some departments just are not up to the standard to at least have the decency of notifying all applicants so they might have an idea where they stand. Well they just promoted a Sgt to LT ,so there will be another patrolman position when they promote an officer to Sgt.
