Does anyone know why they are hiring dispatchers and reserve again. Are they unable to keep people or are their part-time people being hired to full time positions?

Dont know i interviewed for reserve & and they were also looking for Dispatchers at the timre, chief

From what I heard is that the Chief over there is very anti-union and is trying to stick it to the F/T guys buy hiring/using reserves.
