I believe it is. Can't quite remember what chapter and section it may fall under if it is a law.

I beleive it is in your town ordinances which the state gives you under CH85/Sec11A,B and C.

yeah ive checked both chapter 85,89, and 90 im having problems with locating the exact wordage. i know its common sense but i havent found it.
