    From what we can see here, this looks like a well executed end of pursuit tactical maneuver. The first deputy we saw fired slow and deliberate rounds rather than the spray and pray we usually see. The deputy with the shotgun did the same. He then took somewhat of a Command and Control position while he was reloading the shotgun. They didn't rush the pick-up after the shooting, they put a plan together before doing so. Good job.
