PROSPECT, Conn. (AP) - A former substitute teacher in Beacon Falls has been charged with having inappropriate sexual contact with a teenage student.
State police say 59-year-old Kenneth Langshultz was arrested Thursday at his Prospect home on a warrant charging him with fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.
Police say it stems from an incident with a 15-year-old female student at Woodland High School in Beacon Falls.
Langshultz was released on $10,000 bond and is slated to be arraigned Oct. 20 in Derby Superior Court. Information was not immediately available on whether he had an attorney.
