We just got 9 of the Panasonic Toughbooks CE-28's not sure on the price but I will see if I can find out. They are nice laptops with the backlit boards but the device that holds the screen in place leaves a lot to be desired and I still have not found a way to tighten it to prevent it from either falling forward or backward while responding to a call or traveling down a bumpy road.
