Just got word the new SIGs are in. Saw them today at the shop. Very slick with lots of smart features.
For departments that might want full auto but not sure they come with a "lock out" device for full auto. The guns can be set internally for semi auto and as needed be set for full auto by a lock out device in the receiver.
Also for departments and agencies that are worried about leaving guns in the car, the 551 can be disabled and made not to fire with the removal of the charging handle. Fairly simple to do and does not require tools but once out the gun will not fire.
The 552 acts nearly the same making it VERY difficult to fire the weapon without the charging handle in place.
The charging handles on both weapons when in place stay in place via captive detention devices.
If you would like to schedule a demo, e-mail [email protected] or call 413-698-2345.
We'll come out and do a demo at your range or you can come out and demo at our range. Whenever possible we can leave the guns with the department for a predetermined period of time to test at your leisure.
