An Ashland man threatened to shoot everyone at the Ashland Police Department after police arrested him Monday for assaulting an officer, a prosecutor said Tuesday in Framingham District Court. Thomas Donovan, 46, was arrested at 9:57 p.m. at his 7 Tri St., home.
