Arrest Yields 540 Bags Of Heroin, Police Say

Rifle, Pistol Allegedly Found In Home

MIDDLEBURY, Vt. -- Three people have been arrested on drug dealing charges after police found 540 bags of heroin during a search of a Goshen home.

Ronald T. Coble, 22, of Goshen, Kasandra L. Cole, 19, of Leicester and Rondelle L. Esters, 19, of Brooklyn, N.Y., pleaded not guilty Friday to heroin possession and trafficking.

After being tipped off by an informant, police say they found 540 bags of heroin, a .22-caliber rifle, a .25-caliber pistol and drug paraphernalia at the Silver Lake residence.
According to an affidavit, Cole told police that Coble sold heroin delivered to them by Esters and that they all worked for a New York City drug dealer.
