And that the FBI agent that was locked up is getting either released or a new trial.

Seems several people are now disputing the incidents that led up to the convictions, that other witnesses are coming forward, and that the $100 million law suit from the guy who started this thing has been put on hold.

I doubt that he is dead... he is probably keeping a low, unrecognizable profile- as he has been doing since he's been on the run.

My theory is that the FBI killed him back when they were digging up Flemmi's girlfriend on the banks of the Neponset River. After they got her out, they threw him in the hole. Keeps him quiet. :lol:

I heard that he only comes out during 11:00PM and 2:00AM and that he changes location every 13 hours. Last time he was seen was when he became complacent and stayed a few weeks in Ireland starring in the off-broadway rendition of the hit play Rent. Rumors that are circling the government agencies is that he slipped on some ice in Russia and now walks around in a midevel king outfit and only responds to "Me Lord". Approach with caution because some view his latest behavior as a little off the deep end. :shock:
