Hello everyone my department is looking into purchasing some new dispatch chairs on July 1. We currently have chairs from Adamson Industries. They were suppose to be durable and able to handle 24-hrs/day for up to like 500 lbs.

Well we've had the chairs for approximately 2 years and we are not impressed sales rep has had to come out for repairs several times and we just had a frame crack AGAIN...

Just looking for any recommendations from area departments......

Thanks for the web sites....We have the concept seating seats so I'm not going back to that. Do you know anybody that uses the ergonomic seats ???

We do in Kuwait. I have used the concept in other places. I am suprosed to here they are breaking on you. I worked in a center where everyone was hug 300lbs or more and we never had a problem. I hope for your dept sake you do not have people treating the chairs like crap. If you do there is no chair around that will not break.

I for one would recommend the dial-a-mattress. It's especially comfy on the mid shift.

God the hell knows what we have. All I know is that we had some broken chairs, ordered some new chairs (same kind, mind you), and then the new ones broke within about 2 weeks of our buying them. :/ Quality, quality, quality!

Try Do More Chairs, that's what we have & we had some heavy bottoms in those charis. They even replaced the arms & casters when they "wore down" at no charge!
