If a Lieutenant is working details, he is: (A) Living beyond his means, or (B) Greedy.

'nuff said.

(If he's there to "supervise" a detail of cops, cool...but if he's watching Boston Gas fix a leak...)

The only time I travelled into your syphilitic (look that up in your "Funk and Wagnells") city was to eliminate bodily wastes, an appropriate use for Worcester, septic tank of the state.

Gee,
Housing Cop thinks it's Brockton. (flush twice, it's a long way) This is a rather silly thread now. My only bad experience was being whacked on a roadjob by a very elderly woman in her sedan. I was holding up one lane of travel and old Harriet decided she could get by me without being signalled to do so. Ultimately my fault cuz I broke a cardinal rule; Never turn your back to the animal.
:)
In any event, what works for different cops/troopers works and what doesn't etc.Yeesh, lets move on.
