If you google "Airborne Settlement", you can find a page that will allow you to print out a page to recieve a refund for all airborne purchased over the last 9 years. If you have a proof of purchase for each item they will give you exactly what you paid, if yout DO NOT have a proof of purchase all must do is fill out a seperate form and you will recieve the regular retail price. If you purchased the gummy supplement you can get about 65 back in refund with no proof of purchase.

"This statement has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease."

If it says this on the package, then its basically shouting at you, its crap, sure it might work, but you can also walk to Boston and do other archiac things. At the most most of this "homeopathic and natural" stuff are glorified vitamins or dietary supplements.

Some of these things do work, but not even close to the effectiviness of a prescription. Every real legal drug in the US has to be proven to work before the FDA approves it. However with "drugs" like airborne, as long as there are good manufacturing practices and legal over the counter non-drug ingrediants the company doesn't need to provide any proof.

Pretty much these vitamin companies can say whatever they want about their product, with no real data to back it up.
