WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Three Air Force officers fell asleep while in control of an electronic component that contained old launch codes for nuclear intercontinental ballistic missiles, a violation of procedure, Air Force officials said Thursday.

Big deal, what the hell are you supposed to do when you are a 100 feet underground. I am sure the alarms would have woke them up to launch the missiles if that came uo.

This is such a nothing-event. Imagine a rotating crew waiting for transport catching a few Z's with their useless codes locked up secure in their possession, behind locked doors, on their secure, limited-access nuclear weapons security exclusion zone. Who gives a rat's ass?
