What color book are is the drivers manual, I got mine at the RMV and it’s green, after orientation we were shown a blue manual. I then returned to the same RMV and was told the green is the most current. Next, the RMV in Boston was contacted and was informed the same and they have not seen the blue manual.

I got a green one revised 2020. Wilmington RMV said they have no idea about a blue 2023 manual and have not received any new ones. Also, for the miscellaneous paperwork we need to bring day one, do we need to bring another photocopy of drivers license?

Just wondering if someone can confirm we have to memorize the laminated sheets by day 1 and have read the manual?
They didn't explicitly say that but yea my understanding is learn as much on the laminated sheets as possible and be familiar with the manual, especially the parts on how to move around the Academy campus, addressing staff members etc.

Driver's ed manual should be blue it just came out in January. I spoke to multiple RMV and AAA locations and it seems that while blue is the newest, they haven't been distributed to the RMVs and AAAs yet. I printed the manual as the blue version is listed on the RMV website and I just put it in sheet protectors and in a binder. And our list says driver's license copy yea

For anyone looking for the 2023 Blue RMV Driver’s manual. If you order it online to be shipped to your house, you will receive the new blue one. However, it does take a week or so to get, but at least you would have it for the next week of the academy.
Also, it came from Lowell - so maybe the RMV in Lowell has them on hand? Im not certain - but worth looking into - That’s what the return address shows.

It’s the lowest setting, no clipper guards. It’s called a “zero” and it’s 1/16th of an inch of hair. It’ll be the same length all around, think of it as a wiffle haircut when you were a kid. They don’t have you bic your head.
