Just a reminder that the Massachusetts Communications Officers Association (MCOA) will be holding it's 2nd annual banquet and awards dinner on Saturday night April 12th 2003. This years dinner will be held at the Holiday Inn at Boxborough Woods, in Boxborough Ma. This event is open to everyone including members and their family, friends, coworkers, nonmembers and even the general public. The cost of the tickets are $35.00 per person. Tables can be reserved with advanced notice.
A point of interest is that this years guest speaker is Mr. Paul Fahey Director of SETB (state 9-1-1), he will be speaking about the implementation of the wireless 9-1-1 and its funding. This is may be of interest to supervisors, chiefs, police officers and dispatchers alike. There is sure to be alot of information that people may be looking for in regards to wireless 9-1-1.
So come and join the fun.
