CHELSEA, Mass. (AP) - Two people have been found dead inside a vehicle that came to rest against a building in Chelsea.
Police responded to a commercial building on Crescent Avenue at about 4 a.m. Monday.
It did not appear that the vehicle, which had livery plates, struck the building at high speed.
It was not immediately clear how the vehicle's occupants died.

Police have made an arrest in connection with the shooting deaths of two people found dead inside a livery vehicle found resting against a building in Chelsea earlier this month.
