1 dead, 1 injured during Freetown motorcycle run

A New Hampshire man died of a heart attack and a Rhode Island man suffered serious injuries after striking a tree during an off-road motorcycle run on Sunday in Freetown.
The annual event, which was called a Hare Scramble, was held at DeMoranville Farm in East Freetown, and was sponsored by Pilgrim Sands Trail Riders, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the sport of off-road motorcylcing.
