    So I ran into this recently. I have no idea how to run Year of Manufacture plates on antique cars on IMC on the MDT. I asked dispatch, they quickly showed me how to run it on openfox but we couldn't figure out IMC. From my understanding the RMV lists it as a AQ plate with a PAY ALARS code. But...
