Sometimes we are our own worst enemies. IMO no cop should be gigging another cop for 6 over.

    I'll go one further....

No cop should be even looking at any one doing 6 over unless that cop KNOWS that this person is likely to have contraband or is commiting committed or is likely to commit a crime.

6 over???? Life is too short for petty bull shit.

It's not just gigging her for six over, but the trooper's barracks are the town's back-up and they answer the calls in their town (probably on the last half). It's like giving someone on your own department, albeit another station house, a cite. Just doesn't happen unless there is an underlying purpose.

I agree, 263. The article clams she has 4 years on the job. Wow.

I have rubber gloves in my belt pouch that have more time on the job than her!

The department consists of a part-time Chief and a part-time Patrolman.

A new part-time police officer is now on duty in Mt. Jewett.
William G. Gerg Jr. officially began work Monday. Mayor Robin R. LeViere administered the oath of office to Gerg.

Mt. Jewett Police Chief Nataliya Miroslavna introduced Gerg to the Mt. Jewett Borough Council at council’s meeting Monday night at the borough building on Center Street.

“I’m proud to have him come on board,” Miroslavna said. “He’s a dedicated police officer.”

The mayor called Gerg “a personable young man.” “I think he will do well in the borough,” LeViere said.

According to Borough Council President Chuck Paar, the two police officers combined will work no more than 30 hours a week unless council approves additional time for special events such as the Swedish Festival.

Thats not the only rubber thing you have tucked away more than 4 yrs old. On a serious not, get new gloves brother those things deteriorate after a while.

I think she's got Heather Locklear envy.

And a very heavy hand with the pan-cake makeup. It's work, hunny, NOT a beauty pagent!

    Scrape off a few layers!

Hey since she only works 15 or so hours a week, maybe she "dances" the other time and that is the reason for the makeup.

Makes her look older then 26. May be she is going for that look, may be she looks 15 with it off.

Miroslavna...Vukovich...Both sound Serbian to me, which is not uncommon for PA...not that it matters...

    I'll say Russian.
