Who pissed in your cheerios over the past week or so?
You may know where you are and what you're doing, And God may know where you are and what you're doing. But if your dispatcher doesn't know where you are and what you're doing, Then I hope you and God are on very good terms.
The way I see it, he was referring to the media's use of officer and not trooper. "State Police officer Bob Bohn and his K9 Wyatt search for the victim of a stabbing on Thursday" Hence the rolling of the eyes...
The way I see it, in the big picture over the past week or so, GMass seems to have a big problem with the MSP, and MTC in particular.
This is probably like throwing gas on a fire but, Bob is a mutual friend and I have recently had the chance to work with him. He is a gentleman and one hell of a good cop.
We have a winner. Simply rolling my eyes at the reporter's bad caption. The reporters from the media group the Enterprise belongs to never seem to know their ass from their head (or sometimes so bad that they don't know their ass from dinner plate). It makes reading their articles down right painful. I'll go back through my threads to make sure I haven't misrepresented an issue with MSP; that certainly isn't the case. I thought the last time I mentioned MSP was when I was essentially commending a Trooper / State Police officer for breaking his hand on some shithead's jaw and teeth.
I'm not sure which I've worked with, but I have worked with two MSP K9 guys on calls and they were both excellent, just like every other cop from every other agency I've dealt with in a professional capacity. I can't think of a single time I've had a less-than-good experience when working along side of MSP. Hell, I know they like away-games just like the rest of us .
While that's all fine and dandy, don't you think this might have been a better response than the one you posted previously? Instead, you chose to shit on, not only a long standing and well respected member of this board but, you also shit all over a Moderator. This isn't the first instance and, I'm not the only one to notice it. I highly suggest that you go over what you write, prior to hitting the send button. Any further discussion on the matter, feel free to PM me. That is all. We now return you to your regularly scheduled post on squirrels
In all fairness, considering the reporters' heads are usually firmly up their asses, I can see where they could become confused.
Recently on a scene the media whores were all over the place annoying everyone. I causully mentioned to a guy I work with in a stage whisper "I guess we better pack for a trip to XXXXX". Within 15 min it was being reported that the investiagtion was focused on this unnamed state. They are all a bunch of MORONS.
Every once in a while, I send out a biscuit for the media whores.... and send 'em off on a goose chase. Good times!!
