    Is it the chief or the campus that's Charlie Foxtrot?

    It's good to see a chief wear the uniform. I know this issue was addressed in another forum, but seeing the picture, I had to comment.

    I knew of them too, and they didn't "turn down jobs", they weren't invited because they didn't pass the background. NOBODY goes through all that to turn it down...
