How is this related to the Trayvon Martin case? These two guys broke into someones home, and got killed because of it. They paid the price for their crimes, and I am definitely behind the Marines on this one. This has nothing to do with Obama, Sharpton, or Jackson yet people want to make this a race issue. I will be the first to jump on Sharpton and Jackson for not showing up when people other than black have felt injustice, but the people that dealt the injustice here are dead. Take away race from this case and you have two burgulars killed by the people they burglarized, yay! Take away race from the Trayvon Martin case and you have an adult shooting an unarmed teenager despite the police telling him not to pursue him.

I support the right of a person to own guns and defend their homes. Hell i was a member of the NRA until i realized that their political aims were to vote republican despite the fact that Obama has not infringed on their gun rights. Regardless i still support gun rights, and i love to shoot. I applaud those marines for how they handled the situation, but i suspect that some (not all) of the people that have posted comments own guns because they are intimidated by black men. Their guns, much like the anyonimity of the interenet, gives them courage, where otherwise they would chicken out. If that's the case i urge you to confront that fear by trying to get to know more black men. I think that most people want similar things out of life, and sometimes ideaoligical differences prevent us from seeing that.

TLDR: Marines did their job. This has nothing to do with Obama, or the Trayvon Martin case. There's a difference between defending your home, and needing a crutch to face your fears.

First, if you dont like how we do things feel free to leave:D
Second, you obviously havent followed Obama's administration and its efforts with the UN relative to private gun ownership.
Third, I cant speak for anyone but me...Im not intimidated by men or women of any race (what is it with you libs that ALWAYS have to bring in race?). I do know more then a few members on here and anything they say on this forum they will tell you to a person face to face.
Fourth, are you suggesting those Marines needed a "crutch"? and who the fuck are you to decide whether a person can or cant excercise their Right to bear arms?

    1. Do you have to speak in cliches, or can you use your own words?

    3. Have you honestly not paid attention to the comments regarding this story, or are you feigning ignorance to push your point across?
    4. Clearly you are feigning ignorance. In my comments i repeatedly backed the actions of the Marines, and I said i was in support of 2nd amendment rights.

I own guns because it's my fuckin' RIGHT to own and carry them, not because I am afraid of a specific race. If anything, I'm deeply concerned about society in general, and it's fragile grasp on acting appropriately and within the law. So I guess by extension, you could say I'm afraid about the decay of society, and that I'm prepared for the fallout that this will cause.

In closing sir or madam, I don't hate any one race, religion or creed. Everyone is equally worthless in my unhumble opinion. It's a person's actions, their character, and their morals and ethics that propel them above the others and that in turn earns high kudos and friendship from me. If they end up being male or female, black, Asian, hispanic, Indian, gay or straight that is a part of who they are and I accept that.

BTW, YOU have a LONG way to go before you reach my threshold into acceptance.

Maybe obama shouldn't have stuck his snout in the Gates arrest as well as the Treyvon Martin case clearly motivated by RACE . O.....BTW

Blacks are seven times more likely than people of other races to commit murder, and eight times more likely to commit robbery.

Blacks are three times more likely to use a hand gun, and twice more likely to use a knife.

Hispanics commit three times more violent crimes than whites, but the statistics are nebulous because sometimes they are classified as white, so it could be far higher.

The best indicator of violent crime levels in an area is the percent of the population that is black and Hispanic.

Blacks are 39 times more likely to commit a violent crime against whites then vice versa, and 136 times more likely to commit a robbery.

Forty-five percent of black crime is against whites, 43 against other blacks, and 10 percent against Hispanic.

Blacks are seven times more likely to go to prison, Hispanics three times, and the reason is clear, because from 1980 to 2003 the US incarceration rate has tripled, and so proves that Justice is not only hard won, but well served.

Lol whats funny is i am black, I was against the trayvon martin shooting because there was not enough evidence to justify the shooting.. but this shooting makes perfect sense and is well within the stand your ground law.. it has all the evidence needed to say okay... These thugs are obviously in ur private domain. Blast away.. I am sure Obama, al, and Jessie thinks the same. So i bet you a million bucks this won't be in the news because the shooting is obiously justifiable. I mean the guys were caught in the act of a home invasion.... This is in no way comparable to the zimmerman shooting. I mean this is something a democrat and a republican can finally agree on so you guys dont have to attempt to anticipate and put words of hatred in someones mouth, you only expose ignorance. lets be slow to speak and anger, lets be quick to listen. Thats only the best combination ever.. sorry to sound so logical and confident at the same time. It comes second nature for me.

Maybe you should take your own advice and use logic, THEN maybe you'll see that that the Martin shooting was justified as well.
