    Like ME, only we don't have great equipment due to the university being BROKE. Well after spending millions on things that they don't need, who WOULDN'T be broke?

    Good cops come out out of being knowledgeable & functional. Bad bosses come out of being unfair & inconsistent. Competency & capability get the job done & are both needed. Good training & learning is an investment that makes you an asset while laziness & stupidity just makes you hinder department goals to achieve a perception of professionalism....
