Law enforcement agencies from around the area have come to Oak Creek to help with a reported shooting at the Sikh Temple, with multiple victims reported. Several people — including possibly one police officer — have reportedly been shot at the Sikh Temple of Wisconsin, according to police radio reports coming out of Oak Creek. The incident reportedly occured about 10:45 a.m. Initial reports said there were four victims, and an active shooter. Mutual aid was requested from other departments to respond to the situation. Some unconfirmed scanner reports say between eight and 20 people have been injured. (WXYZ) - At least four people have been shot at a Sikh Temple in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. ABC's Milwaukee affiliate WISN-TV is reporting that the shooting happened around 10:30 a.m. CDT. NBC's affiliate WTMJ-TV is reporting that at least four people have been killed. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel originally reported that between 20 and 30 people have been injured, with between 8 to 20 people being shot. However, they are now reporting at least four, with possibly 20 to 30 at the high end. The paper also says they received a text message from someone claiming two shooters were possibly still inside with children as hostages. Horrible incident, my thoughts and prayers to the victims, their families and the heroic police officer who stopped the shooter and was subsequently injured. I know it's very selfish, but I am petrified to see how the lefties are going to use this and the Colorado incident to press forward an anti-gun agenda.

The only reason I know this is because we had to take an online class about Sikh culture, but Sikh's are definitely NOT muslim (and I refuse to capitalize that word). Sikh's mostly are from India, and are not affiliated with muslims.
