Three Plymouth residents have been charged with animal cruelty after Plymouth police and animal safety officers removed more than 160 animals from “filthy” conditions and arrested the owners, according to officials. The Animal Rescue League of Boston’s Center for Animal Protection removed 162 animals including dogs, birds, ducks, a ram and two goats from an Indian Avenue home June 27, said Lt. Alan Borgal, CAP director. He described the backyard as a “really unclean, filthy area” the size of a tennis court. Kelley Fahey, 23, Mark Luciano, 39, and Evelyn Luciano, 77, were arraigned Wednesday and released on personal recognizance, said the Plymouth District Attorney’s Office. http://www.bostonherald.com/news/regional/view/20220824plymouth_trio_busted_for_animal_cruelty/
These miscreant oxygen thiefs should be fitted with meat suits and tied to trees as feed for the local coyotes. Their remains should then be buried in a pit of dog feces.
That's because the ARL (Plymouth case) will STILL lock these people up. MSPCA (Brockton case) has sadly taken up the tack of putting the actual law enforcement part on to the cities and towns. The recent article in the Patriot Ledger quoting their LE department as "there wasn't enough to charge them with animal cruelty" in the Brockton case is quite frankly one of the most embarrassing things I've read in years. I worked for the agency years ago, and I've had people deal out short of a trial on FAR LESSER circumstances. Don't get me started.
