    Look at the point-of-impact debris on the road. It's in the travel lane, not the shoulder.

    I'd love to know the manner in which this vehicle was allegedly "disabled".

    If it was a flat tire they should be charged to the fullest extent.

    i love the idiots who stop in the middle of the road after someone taps their bumper and refuse to move until the police show up like it's some kind of "crime scene" :rolleyes:

    now they won't even use the damn "breakdown" lane. just stop wherever and let the rest of the world be damned !

    I had an asshole do that after he brakejobbed me on 24... 3 lanes to 1, ZERO reason to stop and I thumped him... he wanted to exchange information there... uh yeah NO!

    Like the broad who stopped her overheating SUV in the middle travel lane on 95 at midnight who I nearly creamed when I came over the hill doing "trooper speed" on my way home? Yea. I'd be dead.

    I thought I was safe staying out of the left lane at night to keep away form the wrong-way'ers. Apparently we're not safe anywhere.
