I was in a public housing parking lot the other day and saw an old Buick Century with a Blue line plate taped in the middle of the back window, handcuffs and holder attached to the front dash, and a constable badge glued to the front dash. Guess that's why public housing is so safe, constables seem to be on the job there
THANKS, OBIE!!! I just laughed so hard that my chair rocked!!! Hell, it's a rocking chair, but that's beside the point.
Re: Six Flags Security What are you trying to say? This isn't actually true? Is there nobody on MC that can vouch for this? He did say that they have 40 hours training, I'm not sure what you're on about Proto.....
Re: Six Flags Security BIL, That's just a copy & pasted quote from that guy's MyWaste page...I haven't the slightest idea what goes on at their 'Academy'...
Re: Six Flags Security I'll take a poke at it and suggest it goes something like this: Repeat after me cadets "The end of the line is over here sir" "The bathrooms are on the left right after the Deet De Dee ride" "No we don't accept WIC at the kiosks ma'am" and so forth....
Re: Six Flags Security I'll bet the get all up in some hotties like these after getting "on the job."
hmmm...Sir step away from the ferris wheel and place your hands on the water slide..you have the right to redeem your tickets for skee ball next time you come here.
Will my SFSA #12 Academy get me a permanent waiver in MA? I should be good to go, we regularly patrol in our fleet of Gator tractors and often pull over cars entering our jurisdiction for a slew of offenses. The Texas Sheriffs department hooks us up with cite books.
Asked for lit about the Citizens Police Academy....why are those guys always interested in anything BUT actually applying for the job.
Just like the world needs ditch diggers Where could we rant without whackers? Masscops Needs Whackers like firefighters need praise
I keep coming back to this thread just to reread that first post. So f'n funny...I ALMOST wish we had people like that down here...but they are few and far between (thankfully).
I guess they teach you how to lock yourself in a vault? Six Flags security officers ambushed, assaulted, robbed www.privateofficer.com PRIVATE OFFICER NEWS NETWORK
CT is full of volunteer firefighters who I do have respect for as long as they aren't wackers. Whose idea was it to allow Blue Lights for Volunteer Firefighters in CT? Wouldn't Red make more sense? Someone fell asleep whoever wrote that regulation.
I don't think it really matters because the police display blue and red down there... Vollie FFs in NY get blue too... The police have red. Only recently has NYSP started to display a couple of rear facing blue lights. They still can't display any forward facing blues.
Rear only...MA law only permits one rear-facing red light on a police vehicle (besides the factory lighting of course). Fire apparatus are the opposite - only one blue light on the vehicle and it has to be facing the rear. Billerica EMS thinks they're special though - I've seen at least one of their ambulances running red and blue up front.
