They should keep it. It would keep those inmates out that don't want to spend the winter on the street's and would rather go spend a month or two in a warm place with free meals and bed..
Sheriff Hodgson, your passion and dedication to bring some sanity to this clown show called Massachusetts politics is commendable. As a weary taxpayer you have my vote for whatever office you would like to run for.
