A plus I had not considered before this thread: I've never been shit on by a snake while chasing a dope through the woods.
Well don't I feel like a horse's behind. I never realized we had wild venomous critters here in the great Communistwealth... Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
Rangers Say Rattlesnake Attacked Dog In Blue Hills BOSTON (CBS) – Hikers, dog walkers, and pet owners who frequent the Blue Hills Reservation are being warned that there may be rattlesnakes in the area. Kymberlee O’Brien’s dog Bonnie was out on her usual walk in the Blue Hills last week, when the 6-year-old yellow lab stepped on a snake. http://boston.cbslocal.com/2012/09/18/rangers-say-rattlesnake-attacked-dog-in-blue-hills/
I've known since I was a kid that there are rattlers in the Blue Hills......I have no idea why this is all of a sudden a news story.
Because that research team was just out off the cape, so now it's no longer a surprise that there are sharks in the ocean. Give them a couple months, once the snakes go into hibernation they'll be back on to reporting about something putting "kids in serious danger".
So a guy and his friend are walking through the woods when one of the guys gets bit on the privates by a rattle snake. The guys friend calls the hospital and asked what to do for a rattlesnake bite. The hospital tells him to cut a small X in the bit area and suck the poision out. When his friend gets off the phone the victim ask what did the hospital tell you. They said you were going to die.
