Former Orleans police employee probed

    ORLEANS – The Orleans Board of Selectmen will meet in executive session tonight to discuss a criminal investigation involving a former town employee.
    Police Chief Jeffrey Roy will meet with selectmen during a closed-door session about a state police investigation involving a recently retired town employee, he said.
    The item on the selectmen’s agenda states that the board will go into a closed meeting “to investigate charges of criminal misconduct; to discuss strategy with respect to litigation; and to conduct strategy with respect to collective bargaining.”
