ORLEANS – The Orleans Board of Selectmen will meet in executive session tonight to discuss a criminal investigation involving a former town employee. Police Chief Jeffrey Roy will meet with selectmen during a closed-door session about a state police investigation involving a recently retired town employee, he said.
