BARRINGTON, R.I. (WHDH) -- A Rhode Island man is speaking out after he says a local town official ruined his day at the beach.
Michael LeRoux says he was building a sandcastle in Barrington with his seven-year-old daughter on Saturday.
He says he was shocked when the town's recreation director demanded that he take down their castle due to it being a supposed safety hazard.

That's the government playing the bully and kicking sand in your face.

    Okay...
Nails were found. We've had problems with nailguns lately. Did the guy lawfully possess the nails? How many nails were found? Did anybody call Ron Glidden to see how he felt?

I think if the walls of the sandcastle are too high then OSHA makes you shore it up.
