Belmont woman to be charged with OUI in Plainville crash

    PLAINVILLE — Charges of operating under the influence and operating to endanger await a Belmont woman after police alleged she caused an accident Thursday by cutting in front of on-coming traffic on Route 1.
    Police Patrolman James Rockett said Lisa A. Pargoli of Belmont will be charged for her role in the crash that sent three to hospitals.
