If you are an individual that lawfully owns a pistol, the term "preban" or "MA complaint" need not be in your vocabulary when offering it for sale.

As long as you are willing to sell your gun face to face via an FA-10 form, thereby not using a dealer, you can sell ANY pistol you lawfully own. It doesn't have to be a certain age, it doesn't have to be on a list, nothing. The approve firearms roster ONLY applies to dealers selling to individuals via a retail sale with a 4473 and FA-10 form.

New High capacity magazines are not allowed in MA so when selling make sure you can either prove the heritage of your mags or only sell 10 or less round magazines if not selling to a LE officer.

The only problem with a "GUNS" forum is that anything SOT II, CBQ and guys like me posted, would have to be accepted as GOSPEL!!!!!!!!!!
