Please tell me that he was cited for not having her in a proper child restraint. That child does not appear to be greater than 4'9" tall.

Why is it assumed that he had to be speeding and the Child not properly restrained? Because the parent is black something had to have been his fault and he should be cited for something, anything! Lets just lock him up for driving in thr tunnel..The Child was in a booter seat with her seat belt as is MA law. Lets focus on the positive that two lives were spared despite this freak accident that was no ones fault.

The reason we question his speed is because most of the people on the site have been to a crash or two and know better. We're not just making it up as we go along. And notice I typed CRASH and not ACCIDENT? Thats because there are no accidents. It's always someones fault.

It was not a "freak accident". Blowouts happen all the time and rarely if ever cause rollovers. You could drive on three tires and a rim for a long time and not roll the vehicle over. He was going too fast and is lucky no one got killed.

You know I had a whole response ready to go and then it hit me, it's just not worth it. If you're dropping the race card on your second post (by the way you don't know what race I am which means if I'm black you're an incorrect ass & if I'm white you're a racist ass); then, there is no way you would ever be able to keep up in a legitimate battle of wits.

As for "assuming" the child was not properly restrained, it's not a hard conclusion to come to unless the reports of her being tangled in the seat belt are exaggerated and she was merely stuck. She is a very lucky little girl who clearly had an angel with her that day. You can respond until your fingers bleed, but there is no way that you will convince me that she was in a proper child restraint for her size or in any child restraint for that matter.
